Certificate IV in Accounting

This course provides students with basic accounting skills and train them to use computers in the accounting environment, leading to careers such as accounts recievable and payable clerks, payroll clerks, bookeepers, general clerical   assistants or trainee accountants.

Diploma of Accounting

This course aims to provide basic financial management, costing, taxation law and business law. Students will also learn to produce and analyse financial reports, and develop management techniques for a small team.

Advanced Diploma of Accounting

This course is an industry – specified pathway for students wishing to practice as a qualified accountant. Students will also learn to produce and analyse financial reports, and develop management techniques for a small team.

Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting

Accredited by CPA Australia,  this course will provide you with the technical, analytical, appreciative, personal and interpersonal skills essential in today’s global environment.

Bachelor of Business (Accounting)

The Bachelor of Business (Accounting) offers you the opportunity to enter into CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia as an associate member when you have completed the appropriate sequence of units.

Graduates can gain employment in accounting practices, medium and large corporations, the public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

This course gives you options to tailor your learning to your specific needs. All students study a common first year which is complemented in second and third years by specialisations in either two business disciplines, or a single specialisation and an area of study.

 Master of Accounting

The Master of Accounting offers a choice of three streams of study:

  • Professional Qualification: for those who do not hold an accounting degree. Qualifies you as an accountant and satisfies the educational requirements for Associate Membership of the professional accounting bodies.
  • Professional Accounting Education: for those with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in accounting who want choice of subjects for their continuing professional education.
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA): for those with a professionally recognised accounting qualification who wish to complete their educational requirement for CPA status in a Masters program. The Master of Accounting is professionally recognised with accreditation from CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
