The Commercial Cookery specialisation of the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality will teach you how to cook for customers in a commercial kitchen. It will also teach you essential business skills and specialist knowledge on administrative and management topics so that you will know how to run a restaurant successfully, perhaps even your own restaurant. You will graduate ready to work in the hotel, resort and restaurant kitchens or transition into a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) degree.

Entry Requirements

  • International students require an IELTS 5.5 with no skills band less than 5.0.
  • Minimum 18 years of age prior to course commencement with completion of Senior High School Certificate (Year 12) or equivalent or Mature age entry with relevant work experience
